## Feed The Fire, Fear The Dark

In the depths of a cold forest night, a small plant-like creature must keep the campfire alive until morning. The fire is her only protection from the creeping cold and the darkness beyond its glow.

To survive, she cuts down the surrounding pine trees, gathering wood to feed the flames. But the forest is not just her home—it is her kind. With every tree she falls, she apologizes… at first. As the night wears on and the fire demands more, her sanity slowly fades. The apologies begin to disappear.

Each fallen tree yields wood for the fire and pinecones that can be planted to grow new trees. A fragile cycle of survival emerges: cut, plant, burn, repeat.
